Hi, I’m Kileigh Wimer.
I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who helps women struggling with PMS, stubborn weight loss, and hormonal acne get to the root of their symptoms through functional nutrition so they can have clear skin, more energy, and better periods.
Nutritional therapy has changed my life. I am someone that has dealt with hormonal acne ever since my teenage years. After many years of frustration, going from doctor to doctor and being prescribed several different medications with no foreseeable solution, I began my own research into how the foods we consume, our gut health, and our hormones are directly related. After discovering what foods worked for my body, my acne completely resolved, and I had the clear skin that I always desired. This experience is what inspired me to learn more about functional nutrition. I aspire to teach others the power of healthy dietary habits and ways to incorporate positive lifestyle choices that fit their personal needs, are realistically attainable, and are sustainable in the long term so that they can share my experience of feeling better both inside and out.
